Hey bro, what are you taking to look like that? What's going on brother? I just want to give a shout out to all the people right now who are still stuck in the winter weather right now. I just want to give you a shout out right now simply because, man, I know how hard it is, when you're warming up, it takes a lot longer than where I'm at right now.

When you're lifting it's a lot harder because your muscles cool down right away in between sets.

So I just want to give all you guys right now who are still in the cold, I just want to give you a shot, keep going at it, keep going hard, because I know how difficult it is. But no matter what, don't stop, keep progressing, keep it going. So when it comes to this particular question, some of us get really sensitive about it because we're really into more of our private lives.

We don't want to give away the compounds that we are taking, let alone the anabolic lifestyle that we are on right now. But for some of us out in the open, this is a very easy question for us to answer. But when you actually live on that experience, it's a different way to really approach all of this. So hypothetically, we're going to be talking about the gym scenario.

We're not gonna be talking about your loved ones, your girl, anybody like that. We're specifically talking about when we go to the gym, and we're progressing so much, because this is the thing about Gear, it's not going to be like well, maybe you look like you're progressing.

It's going to be apparent, my shoulders are going to be huge, my chest is gonna be out, my deltoids are gonna be popping, especially when I am wearing a tank top. And not only that, right, like right now, I look pretty decent, pretty ok. When I put on a tank top and I'm getting a pump at the gym, is not like my muscles stay the same size, they increase dramatically. 

I'm talking about a huge amount. So when I'm at the gym, it's not even gonna be a question if I'm on Gear or not, it's going to be like, well, oy, this guy is definitely taking something. So it's something that I can't hide, especially when we are on Gear. And I'm not talking about multiple cycles either. I'm talking about after one cycle, it's gonna be freakin obvious.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So that's why I want to mentally prepare everybody right now. So this is my personal approach when it comes to the bro, what are you taking?

 I'm open about it, I'm really open about it, especially when it comes to everybody out there, of what I'm actually taking. But sometimes, I don't have the time to educate a person what I'm on. When I do have the time, right, either I'm just stretching or warming up, or I just finished my workout, that's when I have plenty of time to speak to a person about what I'm actually taking.

So when I do have the time, what I tell them is I'm on testosterone. That's the reason why I'm looking like this. That's what exactly what I'm taking. Why? Because I have the time to explain to them what testosterone is, how I'm actually doing it, the results that I'm getting, my experience of it. I have plenty of time to talk about it. 

Now the reason why though I only limit it to testosterone is because majority of the people, they're not going to know what the NPP is, they're not going to know what the Tren is. They are just going to scratch their head. I mean, could you imagine me telling somebody, I take something what horses are supposed to take. The kids would be like, wait? 

Do you see my point? Do I have the time to sit there and educate them about EQ, and why it's ok for me to take, the benefits out of it, the protocols that I need to take, and really I can describe to them why I'm taking something that horses are supposed to take. So that's why even though I have the time, I am just going to limit it to testosterone. simply because they, for majority of people, they kind of know what it is.

They already have a, you know, good sense of what testosterone does, even though, you know, in the general public, it doesn't really look good, but for the most part, if I'm sitting with them, that also gives me a good opportunity to explain to them how safe being on testosterone is. And all that misinformation out there from the general public that's being stated, it's just misinformation. 

Now, the next part of this is this - if I don't have the time to explain to people, if I don't have time to explain to people or I just don't want to tell them, because again, this might be the time where I want to express myself that this is my private life. Now, for the most part, in my situation, I tell everybody, I tell everybody. Obviously, I tell everybody, right? 

But when I'm at the gym, I still tell everybody in person, I have no problem with that. But let's say for a person who wants to keep their anabolic lifestyle more private. This is when it's up to that person if they really want to reveal it. If they don't, that's up to us. The best choice when we're met with that question is just don't tell them anything.

Just say that, oh, I'm in this new program, we don't have to put it out there, especially when this is a private lifestyle. My anabolic lifestyle is a private lifestyle. So if I have a certain, you know, outlook about Gear that I want to keep it private, I don't want to tell anybody else, then absolutely, we don't owe anybody anything to tell them, what type of things that we're doing, especially what I'm putting in my own personal body. 

Now, when it comes to these information as well, this is gained knowledge too, this is one of those knowledge that's actually a luxury to have. For you for example, how long did it take for you to research what the benefits of testosterone are, and how to actually properly do it? So when it comes to the acquirement of knowledge of testosterone, it wasn't like a oh, two minutes, I gained the knowledge, come right back. It wasn't that easy, was it? 

Even within this channel. It took you a couple of minutes to really get the grasp, the understanding of the safety, the protocol, the procedure, how to do it right, of just testosterone. And what's a stranger coming out of nowhere, going into your lifestyle, digging into it, finding out more about it, and you don't even know that person. So it's clearly up to you, if you really want to be private about it, you don't owe the world anything at all.

Because some of these guys, you do feel a little bit more acquainted, you see them again, time to time, they spotted you when you were squatting, they spotted you when you're benching. So if you really do want to be open about it, just limit it to testosterone, because again, it comes down to, you're not gonna have time to explain what DBol is, even though they've heard about it before. 

So between these two, the best way to do this is just that, if you have the time and you want to be open about it, tell them you are on testosterone. If you don't have the time or if you do not want to be open about it, especially when you really want to focus in the gym time, then just say you're in a certain program that's giving you that really good type of results that you're getting.
