What's going on? Kai here, Formula Secrets. And before I get started here today, I just want to give a quick shout out to all the guys who is working in construction. I see you guys out there working hard. And all the guys that I trained as well, I know some of you guys are in construction, and my God, I just want to commend you guys, I just want to thank you guys for all the hard work that you are doing, especially when it comes to these hot summer days.

So I just want to give a quick shout out to all the guys who are working right now, in construction.

What is a cruise cycle? This is one of those things where not a lot of guys actually know the purpose of a cruise cycle, and what exactly it is. So when it comes to a cruise cycle, we can equate it or at least I can equate it to a TRT cycle. Same exact dosages, in terms of the actual milligrams of taking testosterone. A cruise cycle only includes anything that has...

A cruise cycle only includes testosterone, and Anastrazole, or any type of aromatizing inhibitor. Anything else that would add on, it would have to be non-hormonal, like Cialis or Viagra or any type of regular supplement when it comes to say protein shake stuff like that. But when it comes to the actual hormones, the only hormone I'm taking would be testosterone when it comes to a cruise cycle.

Now a cruise cycle is what I do in between a blast cycle. So say if I was blasting my hormones and doing a full big cycle of 12 weeks, what I do afterwards, is what I would call a cruise cycle. The whole point of that, I take way less of testosterone dosages when I'm on a cruise cycle.

The whole point of doing a cruise cycle is to make sure that I try to lower the amount of hormones within our body to make sure that my androgen receptors are not fully saturated. Pretty much the best way I could equate it, because some of you guys would like what the fuck did you just say in all those words. Pretty much it is the best way I could equate it.

So hypothetically, if I was drinking coffee, morning, evening, nighttime, in between my workout set, pretty much anytime I could grab a cup of coffee, I would do that, right? And if I do that for a whole three months straight, coffee every hour or so. What do you think will happen after, say week eight, week nine, week ten?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

My body would get used to the caffeine that's in the coffee, so I'm not going to feel it just as much anymore. In fact, I'm going to feel normal about it and it won't feel just as awake.

Now the point of cruising is to make sure that my androgen receptors are not so fully saturated that my next cycle coming up after my cruise cycle, that one is going to hit me just as hard as my very first cycle. That is the whole entire point of a cruise cycle, to pretty much try to reset my androgen receptors as best as I can.

Because if I keep going on a blast cycle, nonstop, my receptors are going to be completely saturated, even though the compounds are going to be working, I'm not going to feel the energy out of the testosterone, I'm not going to feel the liveliness and the wakefulness and the focus I would get out of that cycle. So that's the whole point of being on a cruise. So can I technically blast nonstop for two, three plus years, right?

Even though I am not going to be for fertility, I don't want to have kids in the future, can I technically do that while the compounds are still in my body, and will it still work? Yes, I can. But after a couple of weeks or so I'm not going to feel the recovery anymore, I'm not going to feel the energy anymore.

So that's why my personal protocol is after I blast for 12 weeks, after I blast for 12 weeks, I'm going to go directly into a cruise cycle to tie into my next blast cycle, to make sure that I reset my androgen receptors the best way I can. So my next cycle coming up, I'm going to feel all the fun stuff, right? The focus, the energy, the wakefulness and the pumps as well, pretty much every benefit that I would have.

That's the whole purpose of a cruise cycle. Very similar to a TRT cycle, but the difference is the fact that the cruise cycle is there more for temporary reasons, while TRT is more towards, you know, indefinitely. If I was going to be on TRT, I'll be on it, on TRT for life. Compared to a cruise, I'm just on it for four weeks minimum, to reset my androgen receptors the best I can.

So for those of you guys out there who were confused about this, I hope this really clears it up. But if you have any more questions about this topic, because again, this might be a little bit too much deep into this topic for some guys who are completely new, you're more than welcome to comment right down below if you have any questions about cruising, I will absolutely answer it to clear everything up.

Because again, cruising is absolutely important if I am going to be blasting here and there periodically throughout the year, to not make sure that my androgen receptors are completely saturated, to where I don't feel anything anymore, right? Because again, I'm not doing this just to look good, because if I am, I'll just be blasting forever.

But the whole point of me doing this is more for a lifestyle, more for me to feel good, and to look good on top of that. So that's the whole point of a cruise, to match the amount of testosterone that I produce on a weekly basis within my body, not pushing it too far to where my androgen receptors are completely saturated, is to pretty much to reset my receptors the best I can while not feeling that crash, either.

Because if I completely get off of testosterone in between cycle, I'm going to feel terrible, I'm going to feel bad, erectile dysfunction, lethargic, all that bad stuff I don't want. So during a cruise, the only thing I am mimicking is the amount of testosterone that I produce on a weekly basis. That is the whole point of that.

Again, any question about this, comment read down below. I'll be answering this well, and also if you want to dive deeper into this very topic of cruising or any questions you have, check out the description right down below.
