Alright boys, we're gonna be talking about pin scar tissues or scar tissues in that might be getting now as well. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. You can easily grab that link in the description. Once you're there, you click on that link, it takes you to a website, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my ProtonMail.
So scar tissues, that's exactly what we're going to be talking about, because for the most part, most guys don't really know what this is, unless, of course, you've already been cycling for quite a while or been on TRT for quite a while. In terms of scar tissues, majority of new guys who are just getting into TRT, or cycles in the first place.
They don't know what that is, and the main reason I want to talk to you about it is simply because we kind of want to avoid this type of scar tissues. In terms of scar tissues, what usually happens is this -if I were to pin at, say my chest, for example, over and over again, scar tissues will form, ok, and it's unavoidable, it doesn't matter if I'm going with a small gauge, or a really small gauge 25 or 27, maybe even a 29.
If I were to pin in the same spots over and over again, a scar tissue is going to form. Now, the reason why that's a big deal is for some of my guys who have been doing their homework and rotating, they're starting to experience now where every time they pin, it's harder for them to push in the oil, and they can't figure out why.
They're using as much pressure as they can, they might even go with a bigger gauge, but for the most part, once a scar tissue has formed, it's completely unavoidable, and it takes a very long time for that to get rid of it. So for the most part, it would be impossible for me to even push maybe even 1cc worth of oil, because a scar tissue has formed.
So in terms of my guys, they got to do their homework by rotating their pin sites. And that goes with anybody as well. It's not really limited to just TRT, it could happen to small amounts, guys who are doing advanced cycles, guys who are doing small cycles, or even slim pins, that can absolutely happen to slim pins as well. So we got to do our rotation.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!
Brother, absolutely, absolutely. Where I'm pinning right now, because I'm able to avoid it. I'm doing my chest, my deltoids, and of course, my traps over and over again. With that type of rotation, I don't have to worry about scar tissues, especially with the type of compounds I'm using, it is not too heavy, at same exact time the gauge that I'm using as well.
And the main reason why I'm also talking about my personal experience, because at the beginning of my journey, I used to only pin my glutes, and because I did that my left glute has the scar tissue on it now, to where I've worked on it over the years, massage gun, deep tissue massage over and over again, to where I can pin on it now. But for the most part, I think it was a good two years where I couldn't pin it, simply because a scar tissue is formed.
I would only pin my glute over and over again, and it doesn't matter how little the oil is, it wouldn't budge. And that's exactly what's gonna happen. So hypothetically, if I'm on TRT right now, and I pin my deltoids only, it doesn't matter how much force I'm trying to pin it, how slow I'm trying to do, how long it is going to take, that plunger is not going to budge, if there's a good amount of scar tissues on that area. So I have to rotate.
And the worst part about scar tissues is this, it is gonna sneak up, it is not going to be to where one day, it's a little bit harder to push in, a little bit harder, more and more throughout, you know, the most of me being on a cycle. No, it's just gonna happen to where you are easily pushing the oil one day, the next time I try to it, boom, it's not even gonna move.
Even if somebody else were to do it for me, it's not going to move because I've tried that before as well. Maybe I thought I was doing it wrong, or I just wasn't pushing hard enough of a push on that syringe. Nope, scar tissue has developed and now I have to do my work around it. So the best thing to approach this would be the preventative, which would be to rotate. I need to have multiple sites in order for me to avoid scar tissues or pin site scar tissues and that's the main one.
We try to prevent it in the first place. The next one now would be if I were to have it, what can I do to get rid of it. It takes quite a while, but it can be done. The most important one would be massage over and over again. I would grab a massage gun, and I would just work on it on a day to day basis.
It doesn't matter how long it is, as long as I'm actually working on it, it can be as simple as five minutes, five minutes every single day, accumulatively over time, over a period of a month or so it's going to soften that scar tissue. So that's what I have to do. The next thing would be to use a lacrosse ball or a deep tissue massage. But from my perspective, the best way to do it because I get to dictate when I could do it, would be the massage gun.
That's the best way. Like I said before, the ultimate way to not have it is the preventative measure by rotating my sites, I shouldn't just rely, because it could be my favorite site, like say my quads, I can't just rely on that, just because I like to pin there over and over again, that doesn't mean I should use that as well. For example, right now, I kind of don't like pinning on my lats, but I have to do it just to rotate it.
And I have been, and not recommend it to anybody, I've also been trying out my biceps as well, just to feel it out, I don't really commit it because it's a more advanced site, but I'm kind of open up more routes for me to pin to avoid, you know, scar tissues. So that's the best way to avoid that, rotation sites. And for the guys who are into the insulin route of pinning, why don't I just used the insulin needle, it is less likely.
Sure, that may work if I were just doing testosterone, that doesn't work if I am doing multiple compounds, that's not going to work if I'm doing two to three compounds at a time with huge amounts of oil. It can work for TRT, sure, but eventually I still have to rotate the site. Plus I don't want to build a bad habit of only using slim pins, because what if I wanted to graduate and go into multiple cycles.
Heavier compounds, more advanced compounds, then I'm screwing myself by getting too comfortable with using a slim pin. So I definitely have to be comfortable using a 3cc type of a syringe, and not just be stuck with the insulin type of gauge. So I got to be making sure that I don't get too comfortable with slim pins, unless of course, you know, I'm set on only doing TRT forever and not going into a blast cycle.
Anyways brother, if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email, that's right in description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
