In terms of our workouts, which one do you think is better, quality or quantity? What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. Now you can easily find that link in the description. You click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my Proton Mail.

Even you yourself, I'm sure you feel this way as well, anytime you don't get a good workout, you're thinking, oh my God, it's the end of the world, that workout was garbage.

Or some of us even, when they're not having a good day, they don't even go to the gym because like, you know, what, what's the point of going to the gym right now, because I know for sure I'm not going to have a good quality of a workout. And logically, that makes sense, we're going to go in there thinking, you know what, if I can't get a good amount of workout to where I feel good.

Like fuck yeah, I did such a good job, I feel good, I even got close to a lot of my PRs, what's the point if I don't get that on every single one? Why should I just go to the gym in the first place, if I don't get a good quality of a workout? Like I said before, logically, that does make sense, and we should strive for that. But that's where everybody makes their mistake, thinking that it has to be a good quality workout.

Brother, I don't care if we go in there and go through the motion, right? We shouldn't go like that every single time, but in terms of between both, quality or quantity, quantity is so much more important. Because look, your body, your body doesn't care if you have a good workout or not. If you had a good workout, good, awesome, amazing.

If you had a terrible workout, good, awesome, amazing. Your body doesn't know the difference. Hypertrophy is hypertrophy, no matter what, as long as you're going in there, lifting weights, destroy muscle tissue, it doesn't matter. That's the good thing about our body, right? Even though our, the way our mind works and the way our body works, it's such an asshole to us that it will make sure that you know what.

You're not gonna change, you're not gonna improve, and it takes such a huge amount of willpower to really change our body. The other way we can manipulate it though, is this, it can't tell the difference either. It cannot tell the difference where I'm feeling bad, oh my God, let me do just a good bench-press or whatever, or I'm feeling good, let me get a good amount of bench-press.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

It doesn't matter, as long as I'm actually putting in the work. So you shouldn't miss a workout just because you're having a bad day.

ou shouldn't miss a workout just because it might be too early in the morning and you are a little bit too tired. It doesn't matter. Go in there, go through the motions, or going there with a purpose, it doesn't matter,  go in there and get it done. Stopping yourself just because you might not have a good quality of a workout is the wrong mindset to do, because again, the body doesn't know.

So even if you hit the gym, and you're not feeling good, or you are feeling amazing, or you are feeling bad, you are still going to grow. And I used to make this mistake as well, it's like you know what, because check this out, I'm sure some of you guys felt this way, I'm not gonna waste my back day on a bad workout, so I might as well reserve it later, or reserved for the next day.

Is that an excuse not to go, because it sounds like to me because I've made that mistake before. And yeah, dude, I'll admit it, it was such a bullshit excuse. Why? Because I ended up really wanting to go out and hang out with my friends instead or I just wanted to stay home because I was tired. But really, I regretted it until the next day, so I was like, damn, maybe I should have gone to the gym.

Because again, tired or not, your body cannot tell the difference, right? What's the difference between you doing, you know, your bench-press when you're tired or you doing your bench-press feeling good? Either way, you're bench-pressing, either way you're working out, either way you're getting reps and you're getting sets in.

So this is one of those cases where quantity is so much more important than quality. Stop waiting to hit the gym until you feel good. Brother just go, go into the motion, put your shorts on, then put your shoes on and then just start going to the gym. Your body can be an asshole and you already know that, but guess what, we can manipulate it is well.

Oh, you're not feeling good? Guess what motherfucker, we're still going to the gym. Get going, get it done no matter what, because you are going to go, regardless if you're feeling good, which is awesome, feeling bad, who cares, go to the gym.
