So before I dive into the whole EQ and me homebrewing it in low amounts, I want to talk to you about the biggest challenge that you and I are going to have when it comes to fitness in general.

This even goes for Natties itself. So our biggest battle isn't going to be about going to the gym. It's not that at all, that's actually our reward. We go there, we destroy our bodies, and it's going to be a lot of fun doing so, which doesn't sound fun, but when you are actually go through the motions and going to the gym, and hitting your PRs and looking good, that's the fun part. The not so fun part, and in fact, this is our biggest challenge.

Our biggest battle and we face this every single day, way longer than just going to the gym, is eating our food, hitting our macros day in and day out, more importantly, our protein macros. It doesn't matter if you're cutting or bulking, our maintenance of our protein is always going to be met. For cutting it doesn't matter, 200 grams or more protein is how much we need to take, bulking even more.

So it doesn't matter, it's always going to be relentless of the amount of protein that you and I need to take. Remember, cutting, bulking, it doesn't matter what it is. Now, of course, when you were cutting, yes, we're going to be in a caloric deficit, but our protein macros still needs to be met.

So that's going to be our biggest challenge every single day, and it is relentless, right, protein every single day, no matter what. Now, when it comes to the way we face our food, some of us have already figured out, it doesn't matter what it is, we're pretty much gonna have to meet that, right? But some days man, it gets difficult.

You're sitting there, meal five, you still have meal six to finish and I am like, I'm already full, my meal four is still in my stomach, how am I supposed to finish meal five, let alone meal sex? How am I supposed to keep eating this and doing this every single day.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

This is where a lot of guys tend to fail, they tend to not really hit their standards of what they want to do, simply because the food is just daunting, relentless, every single day. This is where I homebrew my EQ in low amounts.

Now there's two reasons why a homebrew it low amounts. The biggest reason is this, if I want to add EQ into my cycle, it doesn't matter if it's cutting or bulking, it's such low amount, it doesn't change whatever goals that I have. If it's a cutting cycle, low amounts of EQ doesn't change it, it's still a cutting cycle. If it's a bulking cycle, low amounts, it doesn't matter, I'm still in the bulking cycle.

But the benefits that I'm getting out of it is the appetite increase, it is huge. Now, when I say appetite increase by the way, it's not going to make me want food even more. It doesn't make me do it, it's not going to make me say, oh my God, I can't wait to have the same exact food over and over again. It doesn't work that way. Where it does help is this - cool, I'm about to have meal five, but my metabolism has increased and I'm able to digest my food a lot faster to where my stomach is empty by meal five. 

I don't have to worry about ok, I'm about to do meal five, there's still food in my stomach, I'm still bloated, I'm still full, how am I supposed to eat my next meal? When I do add my EQ, that's where the beauty happens of cool, my stomach is empty, I can eat more food. It's not going to be as appetizing, but I'm still able to force my food down. That is the beauty about EQ. The other part of it is the safety part. 

When I homebrew my EQ in such low amounts, I don't have to worry about my RBC cow, my hematocrit, my BP spiking or it's such a low amount to where my estrogen levels doesn't plummet because EQ does have AI properties into it. Because anything else outside of home brewing, I mean, first of all EQ is meant for horses, ok, and then most places out there that are premade, it's either completely bunk, or severely under dosed.

It might as well be bunk. So when I homebrew my EQ, I'm able to customize to where such low mounts, I can literally cruise on my EQ all year round. And that's what I've been doing for the past year by the way, I just forget to mention about it because it's such low amount. It's like me mentioning I take my vitamin C every single day. I feel like I don't really need to disclose that, because it is such a low amount, but that's how I view my EQ. So the same exact thing too, even if I'm doing three pinnables, I'm still adding that low amounts of EQ every single day.

That way, the appetite increase it's always going to be there. I'm never gonna have to sit in front of my meal prep, and I'm thinking, whoa, ok, like, I don't have to talk myself up into eating, I just go in, heat it up, eat, boom, done, next meal two hours later, another meal two hours later. I don't have to worry about, oh my God, I'm so full, how am I supposed to eat it all? 

Let me just skip meal five for the day and maybe finish it the next day. I don't have to worry about that. Every single day, I'm able to meet my protein macros no matter what. That is the reason why I've been low dosing EQ all year round, because of that part of the battle, it is literally one of the tools that I use, so that way, I'm able to finish every single one of my meals. Now with that being stated, do I still get weak moments to where I don't want to eat that meal?

Of course, like I said before, it's not gonna make the meals look appetizing, but it gives me a fighting chance man, it gives me a fighting chance to where whatever that meal is, I'm going to be able to push it down my mouth, push it down my throat, and still hit my 200 plus grams of protein every single day. So for the new guys right now, who are into this fitness lifestyle, and this goes for the pheasants as well, the Natties out there. 

That's going to be your biggest challenge. It's not about, you know, hitting your PRs, doing your deadlifts, doing your pull ups and all that stuff. That's the fun part. That right there is our personal reward. Your battle from here on out every single day is being able to hit your macros day in and day out. It doesn't matter what it is. That's the main reason why a lot of guys out there aren't growing by the way. They're thinking, what else can I add? 

Do I add more Gear? Could I increase my amounts? No, it has nothing to do with that. We're just not eating, we're just not eating, we're not hitting our macros and we're not measuring our food. And the best way to do that is just to stay relentless, be disciplined, use your willpower, use your discipline, use everything to hit the protein macros. EQ just comes in and gives you that little push. 

It pushes me to where, you know what Kai, I know you don't want to eat that, but guess what, your stomach's empty, I've digested all the food, that's where EQ comes in, so push that meal down. Here's another meal, push that meal down. Here's another meal, push that meal down. That's the beauty about EQ. And the only way for me to really do that and cruise all year round with EQ is by homebrewing it in low amounts.
